RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and manage import/export shipping rates. • Analyse costs and monitor markets to ensure competitiveness. • Collaborate with agents, forwarders, and customers to optimise offers and quotations. REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge of English – additional languages appreciated. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage the telephone switchboard and handle incoming/outgoing calls. • Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. • Manage (paper and electronic) mailing and internal communications. • Provide support for basic administrative activities and secretarial tasks. • Coordinate with the various company departments to ensure smooth communication. REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience in similar positions (reception, switchboard, secretarial). • Good communication skills, courtesy, and interpersonal abilities. • Good knowledge of the Office package and familiarity with digital tools. • Precision, reliability, and autonomous task management. • Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages appreciated.
